 The article presents the results of a study of 82 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease before and after the therapy. The study compared the clinical and biochemical blood tests, ultrasound data (B-mode) and indicators of shear wave ultrasound elastography. According to the study, it was determined that the shear wave elastography in combination with ultrasound (B-mode) raises the possibility of echography in the assessment of liver parenchyma in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease on the background of the treatment.
