The authors have elaborated and successfully implemented the technique of complex treatment of fractures and diseases of the proximal section of the femoral bone in children (surgical treatment and rehabilitation measures). Three patented devices were designed, as well as treatment techniques, which allowed to ensure the effective treatment and rehabilitation, and improved the quality of life, and which can be recommended for broad clinical implementation.
