The article provides the comparative analysis results of the effectiveness of treatment modes for depression patients with multiple sclerosis. Under the conditions of general medical practice were received data proving the maximum efficiency of combined course of antidepressant and cognitive-behavior therapy as compared with monotherapy by antidepressant and isolated course of psychotherapy.
