Comparative analysis of the prevention techniques of postoperative infectious complications in the course of advanced reconstructive plastic surgery in urology

There was made a comparative analysis of methods of preoperative prophylaxis of postoperative infectious complications in the course of advanced reconstructive plastic surgery. It was revealed that additional preoperative immunization with SPSA vaccine has positive impact on condition of the nonspecific immunity of the patients studied, as well as helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative infectious complications.
Key words: prevention techniques of postoperative infectious complications, antibiotic prophylaxis, combined reconstructive plastic surgery.
