The article presents modern data on the problem of medicinal stability of the main causative agents of uroinfections. The main etiological agents of such diseases were identified, methods of their isolation were specified and data on their sensitivity to antibacterial drugs of various groups were defined. Features of the urogenital tract colonization by associations of bacteria were described and methods of their elimination were offered. The reported results of monitoring of the most important etiological agents resistance will allow to optimize antibacterial therapy of such infections.

Key words: causative agents of uroinfections, antibacterial drugs, monitoring of resistance.
