    11 cases of the association of multiple sclerosis and cancer pathology of various localization (only women) are analyzed in the article. The cases were revealed among 1203 patients registered in the Republican Center of Multiple Sclerosis (Ufa). The prevalence of oncological pathology among female patients with multiple sclerosis in the Republic of Bashkortostan was 966 per 100,000. There were no any differences in clinical features of multiple sclerosis in patients with cancer pathology in comparison with patient without cancer.
