The designed treatment method of congenital dislocation of the patella provides a gradual shift of the patella to the midline, by growing excess soft tissue inside the knee joint. An excess of soft tissue on the inner surface of the knee joint allows formation of a holding loop for tendon of the rectus muscle of thigh and patella, ensuring its stable right position, because capsule is covered by spanning joints inside the knee joint. Surgery to stabilize the patella in comparison with other known processes is less traumatic and more physiological for tissues, and biomechanically based for a knee joint function.
