The article presents the results of study 96 patients after the surgical intervention on the nasal septum (NS) and inferior nasal turbinate. The clinical course of post-operative rhinitis in these patients was studied. The data was obtained that the main symptoms of postoperative rhinitis normalized significantly faster in case of applying chitinized-gel wound dressing with RA IL, compared to patients of control group. Thus, anti-cytokine therapy can be used for correction of postoperative rhinitis.
