The article presents the comparative clinical characteristics of the outcomes of chronic endometritis treatment, such as the frequency of pregnancy, features of its course and the state of the newborns. Diagnosis of chronic endometritis was stated in 80 women. All patients were divided into 2 groups: the first group received the traditional treatment, the second group additionally underwent a course of electromagnetic therapy. After the treatment the obtained results were assessed.
