For a long time, cystic fibrosis was a serious obstacle to the implementation of reproductive plans in women. In case of pregnancy, its course was always accompanied by serious extragenital and obstetric complications, preventing the prolongation of pregnancy to full term despite the introduction of modern antibiotic therapy. Gradually, data on the safety of continuous use of selective cystic fibrosis receptor modulators during pregnancy are being accumulated worldwide. This allows an optimistic view at the planning and implementation of reproductive function in women with cystic fibrosis. The article presents a clinical case of pregnancy management in a antenatal clinic and a positive outcome in a woman with cystic fibrosis receiving targeted therapy with CFTR modulators throughout pregnancy.

Key words: cystic fibrosis, pregnancy, pregnancy complications, selective cystic fibrosis receptor modulators.
