This article describes a case demonstrating severe chronic parietal thromboembolia of the left and right pulmonary arteries and their branches in a patient with coronary artery atherosclerosis and multiple coronary-pulmonary fistulas, through which the pathological discharge into the venous system of the right lung is conducted. A fistula embolization was performed to the patient, and it resulted in improved coronary blood flow in the field of right coronary artery and reduced manifestations of heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

Key words: coronary-pulmonary fistulas; chronic pulmonary artery thromboembolia, embolization of arteriovenous fistula.
