Idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias are one of the most common arrhythmias in clinical practice. However, the search for the cause of such arrhythmias is always very important and lengthy, since ventricular arrhythmias often reflect severe structural heart diseases that must be excluded anyway. In this article, we present a clinical case of asymptomatic idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia from the right ventricular outflow tract, combined with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, which was diagnosed using a variety of research methods, ranging from conventional ECG to magnetic resonance imaging. The article also discusses the treatment of such variants of ventricular arrhythmias.

Key words: asymptomatic idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia, ventricular extrasystole, atrial fibrillation, magnetic resonance imaging, catheter ablation.
