 The article presents a clinical case of a patient with burning mouth syndrome, describes all stages of the diagnostic search and modern methods of treatment of this disease. Burning mouth syndrome often proceeds under the guise of other diseases, which complicates the diagnosis and forces the patient to go from one specialist to another. A literature review of this pathology shows that the causes of the disease are not clear yet. Therefore, the study of this problem is very relevant. The article describes all stages of the diagnostic search and modern methods of treatment of this disease.
