A clinical case of atypical eruption of a supernumerary lower premolar in a 48-year-old patient is described in this article. Hyperdentia is a common malformation in the maxillofacial region. Supercomplete teeth may not bother the patient for a long time, but with the loss of permanent teeth, the process of eruption begins. Herewith, they can cause various disorders, forcing patients to seek help from specialists. In the described clinical case, the supernumerary tooth cut through the edge of the lower jaw and caused deformation of the face. The patient was operated on with a lateral incision, the tooth was removed.
