Multiple sclerosis is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular diseases and their complications. Comorbidities increase the likelihood of exacerbations of multiple sclerosis and are directly associated with the frequency of hospitalizations. The clinical manifestations of myocarditis can be diverse. Myocarditis associated with multiple sclerosis often has an atypical clinic picture, making it difficult to diagnose the disease. A clinical case of acute myocarditis in multiple sclerosis is presented. The clinical manifestations of myocarditis were similar to those in acute myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography has great diagnostic value in differential diagnostics. The tactics of management and treatment of comorbid patients with multiple sclerosis should be discussed by a multidisciplinary team.

Key words: acute myocarditis, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular diseases.
