Forms of ectopic pregnancy, such as interstitial, due to the location of the ovum in the interstitial part of the fallopian tube, still pose significant difficulties in timely identification among all types of ectopic pregnancy. Timely detection of this pathology is extremely important, as it is associated with a high risk of massive intra-abdominal hemorrhage and death. The difficulty in timely diagnosis and accurate treatment of this condition necessitates further research.

The article presents a clinical case of the diagnosis and treatment of a 16-week interstitial ectopic pregnancy. As the case shows, the problem of effective diagnosis, treatment and restoration of reproductive function after ectopic pregnancy, in particular interstitial form, remains open and requires further research, improvement of diagnostic algorithms, treatment tactics and surgical minimally invasive, organ-preserving techniques.

Key words: ectopic pregnancy, interstitial pregnancy, laparoscopy, organ-preserving treatment.
