The study included 92 patients of reproductive age with uterine cancer after conservative surgery ― conservative myomectomy and embolization of uterine arteries. For 34 of these patients the evaluation of the autoantibodies profiles content to TrM-03 was performed. The results were compared with the level of profiles of embryotropic autoantibodies to TrM-03 of 30 healthy women who were in the control group.

In patients with uterine leiomyoma, who had menometrorrhagia before treatment, was found decrease in the average content of the profiles of autoantibodies to platelet wall antigen TrM-03 as compared to the control group (р<0,001). Within 5 months after treatment the number of women suffering from uterine bleeding decreased by 6 times, the number of patients with concomitant symptoms ― by 3 times. 81.3% (p<0.001) of patients had normalization of profiles of autoantibodies to platelet antigen after conservative myomectomy, also 72.2% (p<0.001) of patients who underwent uterine artery embolization.

Key words: uterine leiomyoma, menometrorrhagia, uterine artery embolization, conservative myomectomy, autoantibodies.
