The article presents the results of supervision of 372 patients with retinoblastoma in Ocular Oncology Department of Republic Oncology Research Center between 2001 and 2011. Analysis has been made of the time span from the moment of display of the first signs to the visit to clinic, of the age and stage of the tumor process, of the features of retinoblastoma clinical signs. The authors point out some symptoms observed at various stages of the tumor growth. The diseases are listed that should be differentiate from the Rb.
