The article presents the results of non-invasive electrophysiological study, 24-h ECG monitoring, in 65 healthy full-term infants in the early neonatal period. The study was performed before discharging of babies from the maternity hospital.

The analysis of circadian dynamics of heart rates has been carried out; centile distribution of values has been represented, and indicators of the corrected QT interval have been analyzed.

Key words: newborn, 24-h ECG monitoring, corrected QT.
