The article presents the results of a survey of 120 patients with chronic viral hepatitis type С «isolated» genesis and combined with alcohol abuse. The characteristic of histological pattern of liver tissue is given. The structure of changes in the functional state of the biliary system and the colloidal composition of bile is evaluated comprehensively on the basis of chromatic byproduct duodenal sensing, ultrasound of the hepatobiliary zone and dynamic hepatobiliscintigraphy. On the basis of the conducted researches the reliable connection between the data of histological picture of liver tissue and physico-chemical indicators of stability of gallbladder bile is revealed. New data important for the Clinician from the point of view of differential approach to therapy of this disease are received. The tactical approach to treatment of the revealed disorders of biliary system is proved. This knowledge can have an impact on the parameters affecting the development of cholelithiasis.
Key words: chronic viral hepatitis type C, alcohol, biliary system, lithogenicity, cholelithiasis.
