The article presents the results of research of the patients with desomorphine osteomyelitis (2008-2012). The characteristic clinical and radiological pattern is revealed. Methods of operative intervention on jaw bone tissue and outcomes of inflammatory process are compared. Scintigraphy is proposed as a marker method for assessing the size of the bone tissue to be deleted.
