The article presents the results of a study of 68 patients with connective tissue dysplasia of the heart and associated arterial hypertension. transcranial Doppler indices in patients with connective tissue dysplasia of the heart and associated arterial hypertension. Identified spasm front, back and middle cerebral arteries, ophthalmic artery. Established a close correlation between blood flow velocity of cerebral vessels. It is advisable to use transcranial Doppler for the early detection of organic changes.
Key words: echocardiography, transcranial Doppler (TCD), connective tissue dysplasia of the heart, arterial hypertension.
