The article presents the results of a survey of 152 children aged 3 to 14 years with the proven case of respiratory tuberculosis in order to compare the immunological parameters at different activity of a specific process. In accordance with the results of the Quantiferon test patients were divided into two groups: I group (33) ― patients with negative results, II group (119) ― with positive results. A comparative analysis of the complex of immunological methods in groups was performed. It has been established that the most informative for the evaluation of the activity of a specific process is a complex of immunological methods, including DIASKINTEST®, conditioned hemolysis test, detection of the level of proinflammatory cytokines IL-2 and TNF-α and antibodies and antimicobacterial antibodies of class Ig М and Ig G according to anda-tb ELISA.

Key words: children, diagnostics, DIASKINTEST®, immunity, Quantiferon test, tuberculosis.
