The article presents the results of a study of 82 patients. All of patients underwent ultrasound examination (b-mode), shear wave ultrasonic elastography and laboratory diagnosis. The results of laboratory tests and indicators of the liver parenchyma stiffness, obtained by the method of ultrasonic shear wave elastography, were compared. On the basis of the received data, the informative capability of the shear wave elastography was determined, as well as the possibilities of complex echography in diagnosis of hepatic steatosis at early stages.
