Brugada syndrome: a clinical case

Objective: to provide a brief review of the literature and the clinical case of diagnosis in a patient with Brugada syndrome.
Material and methods: literary sources and medical records of a patient with Brugad syndrome (inpatient card) were studied.
Results: a brief review of the medical literature on Brugada syndrome is presented, the clinical characteristics of the patient’s disease are given, data from his laboratory and instrumental studies are presented, and the differential diagnosis of this pathology with acute coronary syndrome is demonstrated.
Conclusion: despite the rare occurrence of Brugada syndrome in the population, its timely diagnosis is possible in the symptomatic type due to the specific clinical picture, which was presented in this clinical case.
