In this study, the authors present biomechanical surgery Legg ― Calve ― Perthes disease, with the help of computer simulations of the hip joint on the concept of three-plane spatial correction of pathological orientation of the proximal femur with the localization of degenerative-dystrophic process and severity in children and adolescents as an example Legg ― Calve ― Perthes disease.
