Applying the method of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in pregnant women with diabetes type 1

The article presents a clinical case of a pregnant woman with type 1 diabetes with severe diabetic nephropathy with CKD 4. The patient managed to preserve pregnancy and achieve a successful delivery due to constant subcutaneous infusion of insulin, compensation of diabetes and reducing the variability of glycemia.
