The article presents an analysis of 245 outpatient patients operated for low, medium and high myopia. By the time of observation the average age of the patients was 28.5 years. After 3 months of observation the average NCVA indicator exceeded the median BCVA before surgery. During the whole observation period the refraction indicators were stable. Stability indicator amounted to 98%. The LASIK techniques under study show high efficiency, stability and reliability,Tthe combined use of femtosecond laser FS-200 WeveLight (Alcon) and excimer laser SCHWIND AMARIS-750 Hz is preferable. It allows to achieve maximal functional and desired anatomical result when performing LASIK operations for ametropia correction.

Key words: myopia, efficacy and safety of LASIK.
