Antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL antibodies) have a multifaceted impact on the hemostatic system and damage all its defensive units — endothelial barrier, function of natural anticoagulants, endogenous fibrinolysis, activating the thrombocytic hemostasis unit, and are associated with a variety of obstetric complications and infertility. But what is the frequency of circulating aPL in women with IVF failure, and whether IVF is connected with the worst reproductive outcome? The aim of this work was to study the effect of AFA on the outcomes of assisted reproductive technologies. Was made a study of 267 women with infertility who were planning to become pregnant using assisted reproductive technologies (ART). The diagnostic findings showed a big frequency of circulating aPL in women with IVF failure. Among the women who became pregnant using ART the AFA share was 19.1%.

Key words: antiphospholipid antibodies, thrombophilia, assisted reproductive technologies, in vitro fertilization, implantation failure.
