The article presents a clinical case of patient G., born in 1936, diagnosed with congenital aniridia OU. Terminal glaucoma IV C PT, Mature cataract OD. Secondary glaucoma III C, almost Mature cataract OS.
The patient with a severe primary disease — congenital aniridia — preserved visual function even at advanced age, while typically such patients have a much worse vision due to numerous complications. The disease proceeded relatively favorably, given that a significant reduction of visual acuity occurred at the old age.
Key words: aniridia, glaucoma, intraocular pressure.
