The article presents a clinical case of a patient with ANCA-associated vasculitis complicated with pulmonary hemorrhage. The source of bleeding is the vessels of the pulmonary artery system, bronchial vessels or anastomoses between the vessels of the large and small circle of blood circulation, or between the arterial and venous vessels of the small circle of blood circulation. Alongside with pulmonary diseases, systemic vassculitis with lesins of pulmonary vessels play an important role in hemoptysis, among them: Goodpasture’s syndrome, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener), microscopic polyangiitis.

Key words: ANCA-associated vasculitis, pulmonary hemorrhage, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener), microscopic polyangiitis.
