The review presents bibliographic research results of anatomic peculiarities of hypermetropic eye constitution at physiologic and pathologic types of anterior eye constitution. Anatomic and morphologic aspects of high degree hypermetropia with associated pathology ― lens diseases, cataract ― were illustrated.
