This article analyzes treatment outcome of patients with chronic hemorrhoids 2-4 stages using the HAL-RAR method and the method of submucous laser vaporization of hemorrhoidal collectors. Operations using the HAL-RAR method were performed under local anesthesia; laser operations were performed under intravenous anesthesia. A good result of treatment with the first method was observed in patients without a pronounced external component. The use of submucous laser vaporization is most justified in case of a pronounced external component of chronic hemorrhoids. Both methods allow achieving a good result of treatment of hemorrhoidal disease.
Key words: HAL-RAR method, submucous laser vaporization of hemorrhoidal collectors.
