The article provides results of the endosurgical techniques application for tumors in paranasal sinuses and adjacent areas, including with nasal сerebrospinal liqourrhea (n=52). The detailed analysis of the structure with both benign and malignant tumors is given, as well as the features of symptoms by groups. The details of the surgical approaches are demonstrated for different types of pathology. Both separate endoscopic access and combined options were used. The necessity of a multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of this pathology was proved; the immediate results of the treatment and the complications structure were demonstrated. The authors propose techniques of minimally invasive video-assisted access in cases when the application of exclusively endoscopic access is limited. The obtained data demonstrate the validity of the application of endoscopic access in both separate and combined option, under careful individualized planning. The conclusion is made about the need for further comparative studies to develop a unified algorithm for planning the surgical treatment of tumors including those with the сerebrospinal liqourrhea.

Key words: neoplasms of the paranasal sinuses, сerebrospinal liqourrhea, skull base, endoscopic surgery, multidisciplinary approach.
