The article provides the results of Doppler studies of the peak systolic velocity of the middle cerebral artery fetus of 50 pregnant women with RH-immunization. It is established that the Doppler ultrasound is an effective method for the diagnosis of severe and moderately severe forms of hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn, requiring blood transfusion as in utero and after birth.
