Analysis of long-term dynamics of morbidity Ixodes tick borrelliozom (ITB) from 1992 to 2013 showed that it has a wavy character with a tendency to decline. Uneven territorial distribution of cases across the Republic depends on the ticks distribution zones. In the observed period, 1362 cases of ITB were registered; in the area of I. ricinus habitat 3.3% of cases occurred, in the area I.ricinus forest and taiga tick habitat 25.6% of the patients were registered, and in the area of I.persulcatus taiga tick (Trans-Kama and Eastern Kama regions) — 71.1% of cases. The level of ITB morbidity by 100 thousand of population in the area of I.persulcatus taiga tick exceeded that in the area of I.ricinus by 2.75 times. The parasitic system of ITB natural foci are germs of genospecies Borrelia garinii and B.afselii, their reservoirs are small forest mammals: bank vole and forest mouse, and transmitters are ticks, mainly I.persulcatus and I.ricinus. Spontaneous infestation of I.persulcatus and I.ricinus with Borrelia was stated (respectively 27.3 ± 3% and 14.5 ± 2.6%, the difference is 1.88 times when t>2.0), which causes a variety of risks of the population being infected. Ehrlichiosis disease in humans in the RT is not registered. In 2015 a study was carried out to identify pathogens of ehrlichiosis, anaplasmosis and borreliosis by PCR method in ticks collected in four municipal districts of Tatarstan. It showed that in 215 ticks Erlichia chaffeensis was found in 7.4%, Borrelia infestation of ticks reached 24.6%, and Anaplasma phagocytophilum DNA was detected in 15.8% of the ticks. In 13 ticks mixed infection was found with E.chaffeensis, A.phagocytophilum, Borrelia.

Key words: Ixodes tick-borne Lyme disease, monocyte ehrlichiosis in humans, granulocytic anaplasmosis in humans, ticks, virus-carriage, epidemiological situation, the Republic of Tatarstan.
