During the analyzed period, the incidence of contagious skin diseases in the Republic of Tatarstan was unstable, with a moderate downward trend in 2021 (from 132.9 cases per 100 thousand population in 2012 to 101.9 cases per 100 thousand population in 2021) with a predominance of dermatophytosis in the nosological structure (93%). among persons with contagious skin diseases, women (59.5%), persons over 40 years of age (44.29%) and children aged 0–14 years (31%) prevailed.
