The paper presents the analysis of 3 years performance results of the Center for Ambulatory Traumatology and Orthopedics of Children’s Republican Clinical Hospital during 2014–2016. During this period, 102 784 patients were registered, of them 75 331 — for urgent traumatology, 27 453 — consultations in advisory orthopedics. 1 787 patients of Traumatology and Orthopedics sphere were treated and rehabilitated in the out-hospital. The period of 2014–2016 is characterized by the increase in the number of visits, both for traumas and the orthopedic pathology. There is a tendency for the increase of children’s traumatism, in particular fractures and repeated fractures. The Centre performance was improved due to the implementation of modern, highly effective methods of diagnosis and treatment on the basis of a three-stage model of treatment and rehabilitation of sick children.
Key words: traumatism in children, out-patient treatment, prophylaxis, rehabilitation.
