Diabetic cardiomiopathy, as a breach of heart functioning, leads to the symptoms of congestive heart failure (HF), while the signs of the left ventricle remodeling are an important criteria for the level of pathology processes at arterial hypertension (AH). The heart failure with normal ФВ (??) constitutes more than 40% of all cases. The introduction of Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI) method into practice there appeared an opportunity to analyze in more detail the changes occurring if the LV geometry is broken the work objective is, using the TDI of a myocardium to evaluate the interdependence between the changes in the global (systolic and diastolic) LV function and the changes of Тei-index with broken geometry in patients with 2 type diabetes in combination with AH and with isolated AH.
Key words: systolic function, diastolic function, Tissue Doppler Imaging, Myocardial Performance Index (Теi-index).
