The article presents analysis of changes in keratotopography indexes after femtosecond intrastromal implantation of MyoRing in patients with high myopia in combination with thin cornea according to the data of Pentacam HR (OCULUS, Germany). 43 eyes (24 patients) aged from 24 to 45 years were operated. The average value of the refraction manifest of spherical component before surgery was 13.4±1,4 D, of cylinder component ― 2,5±1,2 D. The average minimal value of pachymetry in the center before surgery was 474±20 μm. The average keratometry value was 44,50±3,0 D. The keratotopography indexes of the cornea were measured with Pentacam HR (OCULUS, Germany) 6 and 12 months before and after femtosecond intrastromal ring implantation of the MyoRing. Analysis of the results indicates an increase of keratotopography indices: ISV, IVA, IHA and minimum radius of curvature of the cornea, which characterizes the preservation and improvement of the morphological features of the cornea and proves the safety of the MioRing implantation in patients with high myopia in combination with thin cornea.
Key words: high myopia, thin cornea, corneal intrastromal MyoRing implant, femtosecond laser, keratotopographics indexes.
