The article presents the five-year results of outpatient LED fluorescent diagnostics and photodynamic therapy of degenerative vulvar disease in 99 patients, who have been made local photosensitization by a new gel preparation RadaGel and performed specifying diagnosis of the disease, based on the effect of fluorescence of a pathological substrate at its coverage by LED blue emitters at a wavelength of 406 Nm and LED red emitters in the range of 660 ± 20 nm. Registration of fluorescence in the red spectrum was carried out for the first time on a diagnostic instrument Fluovizor. The areas with the greatest fluorescence were biopsied and histologically verified. Diagnostic stage immediately passed into photodynamic therapy procedure performed by the LED matrix medical device capable of generating monochromatic light radiation to excite the substrate pathological photodegradation processes in the range of wavelengths at 650-675nm radiation power density 0,09Vt/cm2. Evaluation of the medical photochemical effect and determination of the light dose sufficiency were performed after the procedure by repeated fluorescence diagnostics. It was found that the phenomenon of photobleaching of RadaGel is accompanied by termination of fluorescence and is a signal for the completion of photodynamic therapy after 40 — 50 minutes of treatment. Effectiveness of treatment reached 98.89 % with respect to calculation of complaints, elimination of pathological manifestations of vulvar dystrophy, improving the quality of life and duration of response.
