Adhesive capsulitis is a common but poorly studied disease. Its etiology is still unknown. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increase in cases of musculoskeletal diseases. Currently, there is an increase in the number of young patients with adhesive capsulitis. The article presents a clinical case of adhesive capsulitis 2 months after COVID-19 in a 41-year-old patient. This clinical case demonstrates that the new coronavirus infection (NCVI) can lead to the development of adhesive capsulitis in young patients without concomitant pathology.
Key words: COVID-19, adhesive capsulitis, frozen shoulder.
