The work objective is to determine the tactics of treatment of acute renal failure and the methods of providing acute hemodialysis to a patient with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and 17-18 weeks pregnancy.

Material and methods. Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and acute renal failure was diagnosed in a patient with 17-18 weeks pregnancy in the Department of Nephrology of Republican Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Results. Early treatment with acute hemodialysis helped to resolve the acute renal failure and prolong pregnancy.

Conclusion. Hemodialysis is an effective treatment for acute renal failure in pregnant women with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
