    The article discusses a clinical case of venous stroke in a 32-year-old young woman with cephalgic syndrome, speech and mnestic disorders and demonstrates modern neurovisual capabilities for diagnosing and treating cerebral venous thrombosis. The results of a comprehensive assessment of the patient allowed quickly establishing a diagnosis and carrying out effective medication treatment and medical neurorehabilitation.
