Study and analysis of the modern understanding of the pathogenesis, and approaches to the prevention and treatment of ischemic and reperfusion injury of a kidney transplant.
Material and methods. Study of specialized literature.
Result. The article highlights the main factors of the pathogenesis of ischemic syndrome/reperfusion of the renal allograft. Cellular, humoral, as well as non-specific mechanisms of development of kidney injury are described, and the main modern methods of influence on them are identified.
The conclusion. In the pathogenetic mechanisms of ischemic and reperfusion injury of a renal transplant, numerous cellular and humoral, and nonspecific factors as well play an important role. Further study of these mechanisms and development of pathogenetically substantiated methods of influencing them is one of the main vectors of the modern development of transplantology.
Key words: kidney transplantation, pathogenesis, ischemia, reperfusion, kidney injury, renal allograft.
