Ovarian artery aneurysm rupture is a rare pathology that poses a life-threatening risk when it ruptures. The article presents a literature review of the Pubmed sources on this problem. We also present a clinical case of endovascular treatment of ovarian artery aneurysm rupture in a postpartum patient with a retroperitoneal hematoma as a final result.
