X-ray and ultrasound aspect in case of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis

The article presents the results of 30 patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. To detect changes in the lungs was carried out complex X-ray diagnostics (plan radiography, computer tomography and ultrasound diagnostics of the chest). Ultrasound peculiarities in case of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis were described and matched with radiological evidence. These methods complement each other, therefore ultrasound investigation may be included as an additional method of comprehensive radiation diagnostics of pulmonary tuberculosis.
