     The article concerns the problem of treating congenital varus deformities of the forearm. An optimal treatment tactic is proposed that provides a positive outcome with restoration of function of the affected limb.

     Key words: forearm deformity, congenital limb malformation, autologous plastic surgery, external fixation device (EFD).
