The article presents the results of fluorescein iridoangiography of 20 patients with age-related cataracts and benign prostatic hyperplasia, who received alpha1-blockers during various periods. All patients showed vascular disorders of iris (loss of radial arteries, reduced radial artery, «papillary flow» phenomenon, emergence of hypo- and hyperperfusion areas) and an increase of time parameters, which were less expressed in patients who received alpha1-blockers less than 2 years compared with patients who received them more than 2 years.
Key words: benign prostatic hyperplasia, cataracts, fluorescein iridoangiografiya.
