    Polymyalgia rheumatica common inflammatory rheumatic disease in elderly people. Ultrasonography revealed changes presented synovitis of the shoulder and hip joints, subacromial, subdeltovidnym bursitis, tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps. Ultrasound examination significantly improves the diagnosis of polymyalgia rheumatic
